Through collaborations with organisations supporting entrepreneurs, women, newcomers, and refugees in the Netherlands, I have coached and mentored participants in cohort-based programmes focused on entrepreneurship, personal development, and professional growth. Working both one-to-one and in groups, I supported participants in developing business ideas, building confidence, clarifying goals, and navigating professional and personal transitions.

These mentoring roles were carried out on a voluntary basis as part of my commitment to making coaching and entrepreneurship more accessible to diverse communities.
