Hi, I’m Kesem

I’ve spent over 20 years working with people through creativity. Now I help people think and move forward through coaching and facilitation.

I’m a designer, coach, and mentor with experience across ceramics, design, and education.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with people of different ages and backgrounds, supporting learning, creativity and personal development. From teaching ceramics and running workshops to mentoring individuals and facilitating community projects, my work has always focused on creative processes and people’s development.

Over time, my practice has evolved from making objects to working more directly with people through coaching, facilitation and reflective work. While the focus has changed, my approach has stayed the same: curiosity, attention, care and learning through experience.

My background in ceramics shapes my approach. Working with clay taught me patience, experimentation and the value of process over perfection. It showed me that meaningful change happens gradually, through small steps and practice.

I work one-to-one and with groups, creating a grounded and welcoming space where people can slow down, think clearly, and explore new possibilities.​​​​​​​
